Privacy Policy

Effective June 18, 2026. This policy describes how Beathill Racing processes information through ShortGen.

Information processed

• OAuth identifiers, access tokens and granted permissions for connected publishing platforms.
• Uploaded videos, generated videos, thumbnails, captions and publishing metadata.
• Platform post identifiers, URLs, processing status and technical error logs.
• Basic connected-account information supplied by a platform, such as display name and account identifier.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate requested platform connections, process videos, generate supporting text or captions, publish content selected by the user, display publishing status and troubleshoot failures.

Service providers

ShortGen may send necessary data to connected services including TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube and configured AI-processing providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored on the ShortGen server with restricted file permissions. Videos and job records remain stored until removed by the operator or deleted through ShortGen. Technical logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting.

Sharing and sale

Beathill Racing does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to perform the requested processing and publishing, or when legally required.

Access, deletion and revocation

To request access or deletion, email info@beathillracing.fi. Platform access can also be revoked from the connected platform's account or business settings.
