Terms of Service

Effective June 18, 2026. These terms govern use of ShortGen, operated by Beathill Racing.

Authorized use

You may use ShortGen only with accounts and content you are authorized to access and publish. You are responsible for obtaining all rights and permissions required for uploaded video, audio, images, trademarks and personal appearances.

User-controlled publishing

ShortGen publishes only to platforms selected by the user. Before publishing, the user is responsible for reviewing the video, caption, visibility, platform selection and other available settings.

Platform rules

Use of YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other connected services remains subject to those platforms' terms, policies and technical restrictions. A platform may reject, remove, restrict or reclassify content independently of ShortGen.

Prohibited use

• Publishing unlawful, deceptive, infringing or unauthorized content.
• Attempting to access another person's account or bypass platform safeguards.
• Using ShortGen for spam, manipulation, abuse or automated activity prohibited by a connected platform.

Availability

ShortGen is provided on an as-available basis. Publishing may fail because of platform outages, expired authorization, account restrictions, API changes or media validation requirements.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Beathill Racing is not liable for indirect losses, platform enforcement decisions, lost reach, removed posts or failed third-party publishing operations.
